Microspheres within the layer
The coating contains special microscopic particles that help create a functional layer with different thermal behavior than an ordinary coating.
TILIA CZ uses a modern thermal insulation coating system that works with thermal radiation, the surface temperature of structures, and the reduction of overheating. Unlike conventional insulation, it adds no significant thickness, does not burden the building with a massive build-up, and often makes more sense where a conventional solution runs into space, detailing, or appearance constraints.
Clients are usually not looking for "another layer of material". They are looking for a solution to a specific problem: a hot attic, cold walls, moisture, mold, an overheating roof, or a sensitive facade they do not want to alter significantly.
An ordinary coating protects or decorates. A thermal insulation coating additionally actively influences how the structure heats up, how it responds to radiant heat, and how the building feels inside.
The coating contains special microscopic particles that help create a functional layer with different thermal behavior than an ordinary coating.
The system helps reflect or otherwise redirect thermal energy so that surfaces overheat less and the interior is more comfortable.
The advantage is a very thin layer. That means less intervention in window reveals, sills, parapets, flashing elements, and the overall appearance of the building.
On roofs, facades, and other exposed surfaces, the coating helps limit surface overheating. This matters especially in the summer months, when the sun raises the temperature of the structure and, in turn, the temperature inside the building.
On interior walls or problem areas, it helps improve the surface temperature of the wall. As a result, the wall can feel "warmer" to the touch, the space more comfortable, and the conditions for condensation and mold growth are reduced.
A thermal insulation coating is not a solution "for everything". But in certain situations it makes considerably more sense than a conventional thick build-up.
Suitable for buildings that accumulate too much heat in summer and degrade comfort inside.
Especially strong where the problem is related to a cold surface and condensation.
When you do not want to significantly change the appearance of the facade or enlarge the build-up at the details.
Well suited for hall roofs, technological units, and surfaces exposed to heat.
The investor needs to address summer overheating, does not want to fundamentally change the building's appearance, and does not want to complicate the reveals, sills, or flashing elements either.
In such a scenario, the client is not just buying "insulation". They are buying less intervention in the building, better handling of details, higher comfort, and a functional solution without a complex, heavy renovation.
Send us the building type, the problem, and the approximate surface area. We will assess whether TILIA is the right path, or whether a different solution would serve you better.
For solutions for facades, roofs, interiors, and industrial applications, what matters is not only how the technology works, but also whether its properties can be substantiated. That is exactly why we work with systems for which technical data sheets, certifications, and other expert documentation are available.
For every proposed system, a technical data sheet can be provided with information on use, substrates, the application method, and the recommended build-up.
The technology is backed by publicly available certification and test documents, which help with technical assessments and investor decision-making.
For projects where the right design, service life, and suitability of use matter, technical documentation is an important part of the whole solution.
We do not sell a technology built on impressions alone. We base every proposal on real documentation, available records, and specific use in practice.
If you are dealing with a specific building or preparing a technical decision, we will help you choose a suitable system and supply the documentation that makes sense for your type of application.
